Mas Prom Luks

Building a Digital Presence for Home Improvement in Strumica.

An ongoing digital partnership combining website development, social media management, and SEO, GEO and AEO strategies for a home improvement retailer in North Macedonia.

Industry: Home Improvement & Interior Solutions. Services: Web Development, Social Media, SEO, GEO, AEO. Location: Strumica, North Macedonia. Status: Ongoing Partnership.

The Project

Mas Prom Luks is a home improvement retailer in Strumica, North Macedonia, offering laminate flooring, tiles, wall panels, and sanitary products. The business serves homeowners and renovation projects from its showroom on Blvd. Kliment Ohridski 144.

Datira Systems built the public website as a product-led destination: visitors can browse collections, review project photography, read practical interior guides, and contact the showroom with a clear local presence.

The engagement continues after launch. Alongside the live site, Datira Systems supports social media management, content development, and ongoing search-focused work so the brand can stay visible as collections and seasons change.

Website Design & Development

The live website presents Mas Prom Luks as a showroom you can browse online. The homepage opens with a full-width interior hero, product pathways, a short process from consultation to delivery, and local contact details for the Strumica location.

Product sections are organised by what customers actually shop for: laminate in 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm, tiles, wall panels, and sanitary ranges such as bathroom furniture, washbasins, shower trays, fixed glass, and shower cabins. A gallery groups floors, panels, tiles, and sanitary photography so visitors can scan finished looks before they visit.

Supporting pages complete the destination. An about page introduces the business. A blog publishes interior and product guides. Local pages cover laminate, tiles, and panels in Strumica. The contact page lists phone, email, address, and working hours so a visitor can reach the team without friction.

Social Media Management

Social media is an active part of the partnership, not a one-off setup. Work includes content planning, product-focused posts, and visual consistency with the showroom identity so laminate, tiles, panels, and sanitary collections can be presented the same way on the site and in the feed.

The public Instagram and Facebook profiles below are the live accounts linked from the website. We do not display follower counts or engagement figures here.

SEO Optimization

Search work on this project is built into the live website: product catalogues, local landing pages, and buying guides each have their own title, description, and canonical URL, so customers can move from a product question to the Strumica showroom.

What We Implemented

Page Metadata and Canonical URLs

Core pages — homepage, product categories, local landings, blog, about, gallery, and contact — use unique titles, unique meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, robots index/follow, and self-referencing canonical URLs.

Robots.txt and XML Sitemap

robots.txt allows the public site, blocks /admin, and points crawlers to sitemap.xml. The sitemap lists the homepage, catalogues, local landings, contact, gallery, blog hub, and published articles.

Product Category Optimization

The catalogue is organised by what customers shop for. Laminate is grouped by 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm on /laminati. Tiles and wall panels have dedicated catalogue pages. Sanitary is split into bathroom furniture, washbasins, shower trays, fixed glass, and shower cabins.

Local SEO Landing Pages

Dedicated Strumica pages cover laminate, tiles, and panels, with related city and region articles for Gevgelija, Valandovo, Radoviš, and Dojran. Those pages keep the brand, the product, and the city in the same place.

Internal Linking

Local and article pages include related pages, related articles, and related categories, so a visitor can move from a buying guide into the matching catalogue without losing the local context.

Content Marketing

The blog is the practical content layer around the catalogue. It publishes buying guides, interior advice, and local articles that answer renovation questions and send readers back to products and the showroom.

What We Implemented

Editorial Blog Hub

A dedicated blog at /blog collects laminate, tile, panel, sanitary, and interior articles, with a Blog structured-data list of published posts.

Laminate Buying Guides

Guides cover how to choose laminate in Strumica, common mistakes when buying a floor, colours for 2026, and which floor suits a bedroom — written for people comparing thickness, wear class, and look before they visit.

Tile Selection Guides

Articles help customers choose tiles by room: kitchen, bathroom, hallway, living room, terrace, and large-format trends, plus a local bathroom-tile landing in Strumica.

Panels, Sanitary, and Interior Content

Further pieces cover PVC bathroom panels, sanitary choices for a bathroom, and how to build a modern interior — connecting materials advice to the collections in the showroom.

GEO & AEO

Discoverability work on this project is in the content itself: the brand, the Strumica showroom, and the product ranges are named clearly, and buying questions are answered with headings, FAQs, and structured data on the pages that use them.

What We Implemented

Brand, Location, and Product Context

Titles, descriptions, about, and contact pages name Mas Prom Luks as a home-improvement retailer in Strumica selling laminate, tiles, panels, and sanitary products. Contact lists phone, email, Blvd. Kliment Ohridski 144, and Monday–Saturday hours.

Local Service Area

About and contact pages state the service area around Strumica, including Valandovo, Radoviš, Dojran, Štip, and Gevgelija. Separate articles cover laminate and tiles in those nearby towns, so the business is described in the cities it actually serves.

Question-Led Articles and FAQs

Guides open with the customer’s question — how to choose laminate, which tiles for a kitchen or bathroom, common floor-buying mistakes — then answer it with H2 sections and an on-page FAQ. Examples include AC4 vs AC5, matte vs gloss tiles, and how much tile to order.

Article and FAQ Schema

Local landings and buying guides that include FAQs ship Article JSON-LD, and several of those pages also include FAQPage markup with the same questions shown on the page. The blog hub uses Blog structured data listing published posts.

An Ongoing Digital Partnership

The website is live. The collaboration continues — Datira Systems still supports how Mas Prom Luks publishes, how customers find the showroom, and how the brand shows up in search and on social media.
